Job description:
CBS Radio/New York is seeking a Digital Sales Manager for our six station cluster. This person will be reporting to the DOS of NY. This position will be responsible for creating digital solutions for CBS Radio New York marketing customers.

Responsibilities:
o Provide a conceptual overview of CBS Radio's direction regarding online media consistent with corporate's mission and initiatives.
o Interact with and support station sales managers in educating station account executives on digital tools and opportunities.
o Share best practices & success stories, offer guidelines regarding pricing and packaging.
o Hire a dedicated sales staff to sell the six station cluster and assist station account executives in creating and selling their digital properties.

Qualifications:
o At least two years of media-related experience selling Digital Platforms. (Online, radio sales or marketing experience a plus.)
o Previous sales management experience is strongly preferred.
o Superior knowledge of Windows 2003 and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)

Job Summary:
Produces newscasts. Responsible for the content, writing and producing of a newscast.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Writing news stories and contacting news sources.
* Producing newscast rundowns.
* Making editorial decisions.
* Directing news crews.
* Timing newscasts and communicating newscast directions to news and production staff.
* Special projects and assignment editing as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:
* One-year broadcast experience and a college degree preferred.
* Knowledge of Broadcast Journalism.
* Knowledge of ENG, SNG, electronic graphics, and newsroom computers.
* Ability to work with others. Creativity, people skills, and a positive, can do attitude are needed.
* Valid driver license.
* Must be able to work flexible hours.

Responsible for station support in areas of A/P, A/R, financial reports, reconciliations, analyses, and assisting Business Manager with monthly accounting activity. Also assists Traffic personnel when needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following
o Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts, cash receipts, credit and collections
o Assist Business Manager with monthly financial close, maintenance of the general ledger, reconciliation of accounts and analysis of costs and explanation of variance to budget and actual
o Assist Traffic personnel when needed
o Assist with preparation of annual property tax statements

Required Skills/Education/Training:
o Associates degree in Accounting preferred
o One to three years accounting or related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
o Excellent time management skills
o Extensive computer skills including but not limited to working knowledge of Word and Excel
o Ability to handle stress and related financial pressures
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Ability to work well with little supervision
